Transportation and logistics for
a power generation plant located 15 miles from the west coast
of Guatemala. Worked with client in areas of engineering (transportability),
review all purchase orders, reviewed drawings, designed export
saddles / cradles, managed all US land freight to port of export,
export crating, expediting, export documentation, customs clearance,
inland transport of all cargo to project site, Guatemala route
surveys and heavy lifts.

Provided turnkey service in transportation of 12
heavy lift generators from Gothenburg, Sweden to Mobile, AL.
We provided inland transport in Sweden, export documentation,
ocean freight, unloading at US port, rigging, rail transport
to nearest rail siding, unloading and transport via transporter
to project site with final placement of all generators on foundation
in jobsite.

Provided transportation management
on many air separation plants built in the US. Services provided
for the movement of cold boxes (100' long x 16' W x 14' H 150,000
lbs +) via truck and barge. Large oxygen tanks (130' L x 12'
diameter 200,000 + lbs) between manufactures and jobsites. The
above includes route clearances, negotiations, cranes, unloading
and rigging.

Provided transportation management
on all project cargo for a 1 billion dollar refinery upgrade
in Northern Venezuela. Attended project meetings in Venezuela
and many locations in Europe regarding design and transport options.
Worked with client on engineering, cradles, saddles and methods
of handling over 160 pieces that weighed in excess of 100 metric
tons. Performed route surveys in Venezuela, Germany, Italy, Spain
and Poland in moving cargo to and from port areas. Responsible
for export packing, export documentation, ocean freight and customs
clearance. Volume in excess of 100,000 CBM.

| Inuvik, N.W.T. (Arctic Circle): |

Provided turnkey services in the
transportation of 2 large generators from Sweden to the Arctic
Circle. For this project we were responsible for inland transport
in Europe, export documentation, ocean freight, rail freight,
transporters and unloading units onto foundation. This project
was completed in the middle of winter in very harsh weather conditions.
We performed route surveys, studied ice bridges and performed
all operations in 30 weather.
